IronStone Property Services is a full-service property maintenance and improvement company based in Knoxville, founded by a United States Marine Corps veteran who believes every customer deserves honesty, respect, and work done right the first time.
OUR STORY
A Marine Corps Veteran With a Simple Standard: Do It Right.
IronStone Property Services was founded by Nathan Smith, a United States Marine Corps veteran. Many of the values that guide the company today were formed in the service: discipline, accountability, integrity, attention to detail, and pride in a job well done. We carry those into every driveway, every gutter line, and every remodel.
We started with exterior cleaning, and that is still a big part of what we do. But the goal was always larger: to be the company homeowners and property managers think of whenever anything needs done around a property. Today that means pressure washing, soft washing, roof and gutter cleaning, landscaping and mulch, junk removal, painting, flooring, drywall, light remodeling, handyman work, and ongoing maintenance for rental and commercial properties.
We don't believe in cutting corners or doing the bare minimum. We explain the work before it begins, keep you informed while it happens, and leave every property looking significantly better than when we arrived. Communication matters as much as craftsmanship, and earning your trust matters more than winning the job.
