Information We Collect
When you fill out our consultation form, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the work you need. Our form provider, Forminit, stores those submissions and forwards them to our customer relationship system so our team can follow up. If you call or email us directly, we keep a record of that contact too. Like most websites, this site also generates standard server logs, runs Google Tag Manager and analytics tags, and sets cookies through those tags and through the website chat widget, Conversion CoPilot.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you send us to prepare your estimate, schedule and perform the work you request, and follow up about your project. We do not use it to build a marketing profile, and we do not sell your information to advertisers or any other party.
Who Sees Your Information
Your information is seen by our own staff who handle consultations and scheduling, and by the outside service providers that run parts of this website for us, including our form provider, our customer relationship system, our analytics provider, and our chat widget provider. We share only what each provider needs to do its job.
Cookies and Analytics
This site uses cookies set by Google Tag Manager and its connected analytics tags, and by the Conversion CoPilot chat widget, to understand how visitors use the site and to support the chat feature. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings; doing so may limit some features of the chat widget.
How Long We Keep It
We keep consultation requests and project records for as long as we need them for our business and for our recordkeeping, then remove them. Server logs and analytics data are kept only as long as our providers' standard retention allows.
Your Choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing nate@ironstonepropertyservices.com. You can also ask us to stop any follow-up contact, and we will honor that request.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including using providers that follow standard industry security practices. No website can guarantee complete security, so please avoid sending sensitive details, like payment information, through our consultation form.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for adults seeking property maintenance, exterior cleaning, or home improvement services. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and this site is not directed at anyone under 13.
